What types of files can I upload?
You can upload most common file types including  JPG, PNG, PDF, EPS, AI, SVG, PSD, and ZIP files. If you have a different format, feel free to reach out before uploading.
Can I upload multiple files at once?
Yes. You can upload multiple files in a single submission. If you have a large batch, grouping them into a ZIP file can make the process faster and more organized.
I’m having trouble uploading. What should I do?
If your upload isn’t working:
- Check your file size and format
- Try a different browser or device
- Refresh the page and try again
If issues continue, contact us and we’ll provide an alternate way to send your files.
Is there a file size limit?
Yes. Individual files are typically limited to a maximum size (shown in the upload form). If your files are larger, we recommend compressing them or contacting us for an alternate upload method.
